Getting started

From your first file
to shared feedback.

Keep your HTML work in one place. Choose which version others see, then bring their feedback into the next revision.

Bring your first document

  1. Create your workspace

Create an account, then confirm your email. Your Personal project starts private. Joining someone else’s project requires an invitation.

  2. Upload HTML or connect an assistant

Use Import to select HTML files and review them before publishing. Or open Connect an assistant, choose the projects it can access and approve the connection. Keep tokens and connection links private.

  3. Keep revisions together

Publish changes as a new version of the existing document. Ask your assistant to read the current version and feedback before updating it. Conflicting updates need review; new drafts do not automatically replace a shared version.

Choose how to share

A link anyone can open

In the document, choose the Share icon, then Link. A manager can create a view-only link for one version, choose its expiry and stop access later. Anyone receiving or forwarded the link can open it without an account.

Comments, other drafts and your project stay private. Share a newer version explicitly to update the same link. Stopping access cannot recall saved copies.

Invited collaborators

Use Invited clients to share a version with clients and manage project access. Recipients sign in. They see the versions shared with them; internal drafts and internal comments stay with your team.

Copying a restricted document address does not grant access. A workspace owner or project manager manages invitations and permissions.

Leave feedback in context

Open Comments and choose Place a pin, or select text inside the document and choose Comment on selection. You need permission to comment. Replies keep the discussion’s audience. Closing a draft keeps it available to resume.

Comments belong to the version they were left on. Earlier locations may be unavailable on a newer page; use the source-version link. HTML-document comparison shows text changes, not visual or interactive changes.

Current beta limits

Publishing
HTML documents and prototypes, including bundles, up to 3 MB per submission. Include required files in the bundle. Hosted PDF export is not available.
Comparison
Text comparison between two readable HTML-document versions: up to 1 MB per page. Images, charts, layout, hidden states and interactions are outside its coverage. Interactive prototypes do not support comparison.
Usage
Publishing, reads, comments and preview requests have service limits. If you receive a temporary usage-limit message, wait before retrying. Repeated retries do not increase capacity.
Interactive HTML
Previews run in a restricted frame. Some external resources, navigation and browser features may not work. Preview restrictions are not a guarantee that arbitrary HTML is fully offline. Review unfamiliar content before uploading it; never embed passwords, API keys or tokens.
Keeping your work
Keep your source files and use the original download when needed. Shared links may expire or be stopped. There is no automatic account-deletion or data-retention control in the current interface.
Performance measurements
The service samples signed-in page performance using coarse page/device categories and numeric timings. Document contents and document addresses are excluded from those measurements. The collector respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

When something doesn’t work

My confirmation or reset email hasn’t arrived

Check Spam, confirm the address you entered and allow time for delivery. Email requests are rate limited. A reset request shows the same response whether an account exists or not. Use the address associated with your existing account.

My email link is expired or already used

Request a fresh reset from Sign in using Forgot password. For an invitation, ask the person who invited you to resend it. Open the latest message and enter your own email when asked. If another account is signed in, confirm the account switch only if you intended it.

I can sign in, but cannot see a project

Sign in with the address that was invited. A public link and a project invitation grant different access. Ask that project’s manager or workspace owner to check your permissions.

I can open a link, but cannot comment

No-sign-in links are view-only. To comment, use a signed-in project invitation with comment permission. Internal and client discussions have separate visibility.

My assistant can no longer connect

Open Connect an assistant and reconnect through the current authorization flow. Review its project scope and permissions. An expired or disconnected connection cannot be repaired by sharing your account password.
