Most account questions are answered in Getting started. Otherwise write to hello@vitrines.dev from the address you use with vitrines, so we can find your account. Never send us your password or tokens.
Privacy requests
To access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to how it is used, write to hello@vitrines.dev. You can also delete your account yourself from Account. We answer within one month. See the Privacy policy.
Report illegal or abusive content
If a vitrines link shows content you believe is illegal, phishing, malware or otherwise breaks our acceptable use rules, write to hello@vitrines.dev and include:
- the full vitrines link (shared links start with
vitrines.dev/s/); - what the problem is and, for illegal content, why you believe it is illegal;
- your name and email address, unless you are reporting child sexual abuse material, which you may report anonymously;
- a statement that you believe the report is accurate and complete.
We confirm receipt, review reports promptly and act on clear phishing or malware as a priority. We tell you what we decided. The person who published the content is told what was done and why, and how to dispute it.
Security vulnerabilities
Please report suspected vulnerabilities to hello@vitrines.dev before disclosing them publicly. Include steps to reproduce. Test only against accounts and content you own, and do not access, change or delete other people’s data or degrade the service. Machine-readable details: security.txt.
